Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been installed, cut, modified, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Stainless Steel and ABS Window Trim Moldings — These are custom manufactured for your specific vehicle and are non-returnable once production has started
• Products that have been installed, cut, or modified
• Products damaged by improper installation or surface preparation
• Products with missing or damaged packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Gift cards

3. Made-to-Order Products

Our Stainless Steel and ABS Window Trim Moldings are made specifically for the customer's selected vehicle.

These products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, except where required by applicable law or if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Production of made-to-order moldings typically requires 7–10 business days before shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these manufacturing timelines and our return policy for custom-made products.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct make, model, year, body style and product option. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact our support team before ordering.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items. ChroMorpher is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product showing the damage or defect
• Photos of the packaging (if available)
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the package has been accepted but the contents are damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

8. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us.

We do not offer exchanges for made-to-order products based on incorrect vehicle selection or change of mind. Please ensure your vehicle information is accurate before placing an order.

9. Vehicle Compatibility

All ChroMorpher products are designed for specific vehicle makes, models, years, and body styles. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify compatibility before purchasing.

We strongly encourage customers to:

• Double-check your vehicle's exact year, make, model and body style
• Review product descriptions and fitment details
• Contact our support team if you are unsure about compatibility

Made-to-order moldings cannot be returned due to incorrect vehicle selection or misunderstanding of compatibility.

10. Installation Responsibility

ChroMorpher provides installation instructions and guidance, but customers are solely responsible for the installation of products.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Damage caused by improper surface preparation
• Damage caused during installation
• Products damaged after installation
• Products damaged as a result of installation errors

If you are not confident in your ability to install our products, we recommend consulting with a professional installer.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no cost before production begins.

Once production has started for made-to-order moldings, the order cannot be canceled.

For in-stock items (Precut Vinyl Kits, DIY Chrome Delete materials), cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
