How we process, manufacture and deliver your premium vehicle styling products.
Last Updated: June 2026Many of our Stainless Steel and ABS Window Trim Moldings are manufactured specifically for your selected vehicle after your order is placed. Production typically requires 7–10 business days before shipment. Please factor this into your delivery expectations.
At ChroMorpher, we are committed to delivering premium vehicle styling products safely and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how your order is processed, manufactured and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
However, some products require additional production time before they are ready for shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our Stainless Steel Window Trim Moldings and ABS Window Trim Moldings are manufactured specifically for your selected vehicle after your order is placed.
Unlike mass-produced accessories, these products are not taken from warehouse inventory.
Production typically requires 7–10 business days before shipment.
During this time, every molding set is:
- Manufactured specifically for your vehicle
- Carefully inspected for quality and fitment
- Securely packaged using reinforced protective packaging for safe international shipping
We appreciate your patience while we create a premium product tailored specifically to your vehicle.
3. Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:
- United States — 7–15 business days
- Canada — 7–15 business days
- Europe — 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom — 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — 8–18 business days
- Rest of the World — Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Please note that these estimates do not include production time for made-to-order products.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
5. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- International transportation disruptions
- Production schedules for made-to-order products
These situations are outside of ChroMorpher's direct control.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
ChroMorpher is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your shipping details before your order is dispatched.
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.
9. Damaged Deliveries
Although every order is carefully packaged, shipping damage may occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- A brief description of the damage
Our team will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
10. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on production schedules or warehouse availability.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
