The ChroMorpher Blackout Starter Bundle is the simplest way into a clean, factory-inspired chrome delete. It pairs the two widths most first-time installers actually reach for with a full application toolkit, so window trim and the smaller chrome accents are covered in one go.

Universal vinyl you trim to your own trim line. It costs a fraction of a precut kit, it fits any vehicle including ones we have not plotted, and the leftovers cover badges, grille slats, handles and mirror caps.
Nothing here is model-specific. If we have not cut a kit for your car, this is the route that still works.
Air-release adhesive lets you lift a section and lay it again while you work.
Exterior-grade automotive vinyl, designed to be removed cleanly.
Six steps, ordinary tools, one afternoon. No heat gun, no paint removed, nothing permanent.
Remove dirt, wax and grease so the adhesive bonds properly.
Check every edge is dry and clean before the vinyl goes anywhere near it.
Line the tape up and lay it down with light, even pressure.
Follow the contour, smoothing as you go rather than stretching.
Trim the excess and press the edges firmly for a clean factory line.
The chrome is gone and the trim reads as if it left the factory that way.
Match the width to the job. Tape comes in 118, 197 and 394 inch lengths; the Large Roll is 60 inches long in five widths.
The narrowest width. Best where the chrome strip is thin and the curve is tight.
The width most cars need for window surrounds, and the one most people start with.
Extra coverage where a 2 inch strip leaves chrome showing at the edges.
The widest tape. For pillars and the broad chrome sections narrower rolls cannot cover in one pass.
